First conversation
Free. We walk the space or talk through drawings. I tell you whether I’m the right person for it, and sometimes I’m not.

Concept
Plans, a material direction, and the idea the space is built on. You see the thinking, not just a mood board.

Design development
Drawings your contractor can actually price. Millwork detailed, materials specified and sourced.

Construction
I stay on until it’s built. Site visits, shop drawing review, and the answers trades need when something turns out differently on site.
I work with Korean- and English-speaking clients, and can run a project in either language, including with Korean-speaking owners and English-speaking trades on the same job.
