Services

Commercial and residential interiors, from a single room to a full renovation, concept through construction.

Commercial

Cafés, retail, restaurants. Concept through construction drawings, millwork detailing, materials and FF&E, site visits during build.

Typically 3–6 months, longer for a full build-out

Fees depend on the size and scope of the space

Residential

From a bathroom, kitchen, or primary suite to a full-home renovation.

Typically 3–4 months, longer for a full renovation

Full renovations are typically 10–12% of construction cost; smaller projects are quoted by scope

Start smaller

Not every project needs the full process. Sometimes you want direction, a plan you can hand to someone else, or just to make a space work better without a renovation.

Consultation

I visit the space, or we meet over video, and you leave with a clear direction: where to start, what’s worth doing, and what to leave alone. A read on the space, not a proposal.

Layout and sourcing

Furniture layout, materials, and pieces chosen and sourced, without taking it to construction. Bring an empty room, or one you just want to rework. 3D views when it helps to picture it first.

Design package

The full design, wherever you are: plans, a material and furniture direction, and a sourcing list specific enough to order from. Everything decided before the build starts, so no one is guessing on site. In person or over video, whichever the project calls for.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    First conversation

Free. We walk the space or talk through drawings. I tell you whether I’m the right person for it, and sometimes I’m not, and give you a realistic range to work with.

  2. 02

    Concept

Plans, a material direction, and the idea the space is built on. You see the thinking, not just a mood board.

  3. 03

    Design development

The design resolved down to the details. Layouts fixed, millwork designed, materials specified and sourced, and enough worked out for a contractor to price it.

  4. 04

    Construction drawings

The full set the build runs on, drawn out in detail. Millwork, dimensions, and specifications a contractor builds from directly.

  5. 05

    Contract administration

I stay on until it’s built. Site visits, shop drawing review, and the answers trades need when something turns out differently on site.
